How does buying tickets work?

Choose the attraction, ticket type, date, time slot (where applicable), and quantity. At checkout, enter the buyer’s details and, if the ticket requires it, the visitors’ details. Before paying, you’ll review the entire order and the applicable terms.

Is availability confirmed at the time of purchase?

The calendar shows the dates on which the attraction is open to visitors. Your spot is confirmed with the supplier once the payment is approved. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the order is canceled and the amount paid is refunded, in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Can I buy tickets for different attractions in the same order?

Yes. Your cart can hold tickets for different attractions and dates, and they are all completed in a single order.

Do I need to provide details for every visitor?

Only when the attraction requires named tickets, with details such as each visitor’s name, ID document, or nationality. In those cases, checkout asks only for the information required for the booking.

What currency are prices shown in?

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (BRL). Any additional fees are itemized separately before payment.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The available payment methods are shown at the payment step of checkout. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s platform and are not stored on the site.

When is my order considered paid?

Go to “Track order” and enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. The page shows the status of the order, the payment, and the booking separately.
