Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Seven Wonders Tours platform, operated by [company name to be defined] (CNPJ [tax ID to be defined]). By completing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy policy and the specific conditions of each ticket.

2. The service

Seven Wonders Tours sells tickets and experiences for tourist attractions managed by third parties — public agencies, site administrations and authorized suppliers. Seven Wonders Tours does not manage the attractions and does not control their opening hours, access rules or any closures.

3. Information about the attractions

Visitor information is obtained from official sources and published with the source and the date it was checked. It may be changed by the site administrations without prior notice; in the event of any discrepancy, the rules in force at the site prevail.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (R$) and recalculated by the server when the order is placed.
• Additional fees, if any, are identified separately before payment.
• An order is only considered paid after confirmation from the payment provider. Card details are handled exclusively by the provider.

5. Order, payment deadline and expiration

When you confirm the review, the order is placed as “awaiting payment” and remains reserved for payment for up to 60 minutes. After this period, if no payment is in progress, the order expires automatically, without any charge.

6. Availability and booking confirmation

The calendar shows the dates on which each attraction is open. Your place is confirmed with the supplier after payment is approved. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded in full.

7. Visitor details and documents

• The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. For named tickets, the name and document number must match the document presented at the entrance.
• Each visitor is responsible for carrying the required documents and complying with each attraction’s access, safety and conduct rules.
• Minors must be accompanied in accordance with each site’s rules.

8. Tickets and use

Tickets are made available on the order page once the booking is confirmed. They are valid only for the date, time and conditions indicated. Late arrival for timed-entry visits may prevent entry, according to the site’s rules.

9. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Each ticket has its own cancellation policy, shown before purchase. The general rules are set out in the Cancellation and refund policy, without prejudice to the rights provided for in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

10. Responsibilities

Seven Wonders Tours is responsible for intermediating the purchase and for correctly transmitting the booking details to the supplier. The visit services themselves are the responsibility of the attractions’ management and the suppliers, in accordance with applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

The platform’s brand, texts and layout belong to Seven Wonders Tours. Photographs are used under open licenses, with their authorship and license indicated on the Image credits page.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of [jurisdiction to be defined] are elected to settle any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring an action in the courts of their own domicile.
